Booking Policy

Please note that when you book an appointment with a team member at Azzure Holistic you will be required to pay a deposit to secure that appointment time.

The appointment time is allocated and reserved just for you, this ensures you will not incur any interruptions to your appointment time.

When booking your appointment you are accepting the terms and conditions as follows:

  • payment of a deposit to secure your booking;
  • 48 hours notice of any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment time;
  • the deposit will be automatically deducted from the total of your appointment/service;
  • you will receive SMS reminders and/or emails before the appointment time;
  • if you fail to show up for your reserved appointment time the deposit will be forfeited;
  • if you fail to reschedule or cancel within the 48 hours notice period you will forfeit your deposit.

We ask our clients to please consider that the time allocated just for you cannot be allocated to somebody else unless we receive a minimum of 48 hours notice so that we may offer that time slot to somebody on our waiting list.

Packages

When you purchase a package of sessions with Sue or Blake that will offer many sessions including a bonus session, you must ensure that each session is booked no longer than one month between appointments, commencing in the month the package is purchased.

If a session is missed without 48 hours to reschedule within a week of the original session, that session will be forfeited. This is important work and consistency and commitment will bring you the outstanding results you are yearning for.
